Hi All,
I'd like to open a discussion on Ampang Hilir 233 by FN Properties. As usual, I'm interested to know whether it's a good investment or not. Your input is most welcome. The info that I already know is as follows.

Do you know that they are tracking your ip address when you register? I found this source code in their registration page.

where 60.48.108.138 is my ip address. So much for the privacy protection of websurfers!
Anyway, I think their website is very poorly designed with excessive Flash. I can't copy & paste any text. FAQ section under construction until today. Poorly designed navigation links. Loading speed very slow. |

Well, I'm not impressed with their Fraser Business Park in Pudu. Many ground floor units are still vacant until today. There are huge TO LET banners hanging on many units. Pity those who bought for rental returns. The much touted Chan Sow Lin lrt station didn't help either.

Extremely expensive. To the best of my limited knowledge, only condos in the vicinity of KLCC can fetch that price. It would be better to buy Sucasa & watch it continue to appreciate over the years.
Please do your due diligence before embarking on any investment spree.

it's common to have your visiting IP saved. even if the web did not save it over their form, the server will automatically save your ip. all website including personal blogs and this forum (phpBB) has these feature turned on by default. therefore, it's no big deal |

They've got their advertising permit already so the project is definately 'on'. AP number 10560-1/235/2009(02). |

I don't think so. If you go to their website & click on Ampang Hilir 233, the message Project Under Review appears. A screen shot is attached.
Anyway, I'm not surprised. As I said earlier, this project is extremely expensive. |
