Hi All,
I'd like to open a discussion on Plaza Menjalara Apartment in Bandar Menjalara, Kepong. As usual, I'm interested to know whether it's a good investment or not. Your input is most welcome.
The info that I already know is as follows.
767sf = RM147k
960sf = RM164k
Leasehold

These condos are appreciating in value around that area:-
METRO PRIMA - 725 sq ft
INTAN BAIDURI - 600 sq ft
PERDANA PURI - 904 sq ft
MENARA MENJALARA - 1076 sq ft
CASA MAGNA - 945 sq ft
You need to compare these condos with Plaza Menjalara & decide which is a better buy.
A better investment(if you can afford it) would be to simply buy a 1sty house in Sri Damansara(SD 7-15 area) or a 2sty link in Bdr Menjalara(18x60 / 16x55)for slightly more than $200k & watch it appreciate over the years.
A 15 year old Camry has got a higher re-sale value than a 10 year old Perdana for a very good reason  |
