Capital Appreciation / Depreciation
Puncak Nusa - 1328 sq ft has been depreciating by approximately 7.67% per year from 2003 to the 2nd quarter of 2007.
Kelana Mahkota - 1260 sq ft has been appreciating by approximately 3.92% per year from 2003 to the 2nd quarter of 2007.
Rental Appreciation / Depreciation
Puncak Nusa - 1328 sq ft has been depreciating by approximately 7% per year from 2004 to the 2nd quarter of 2007.
Kelana Mahkota - 1260 sq ft has been stagnant from 2005 to the 2nd quarter of 2007. |

You might want to take a look at Rose and Lily apartment in Taman Mayang instead. |

Lol! Those gps coordinates are blocked by a cloud in Google Earth! Anyway, I believe it's SS 25, Petaling Jaya. |
