I need RR advise on this.

After reading all the aftermath of Sri Putramas, I come across the same developer Mayland View Sdn Bhd (under Mayland Group of Companies) launches a new development - Regalia Services Apartment:

Type A3: 500 sq ft
Type A6: 515 sq ft
Type B2: 560 sq ft
Type B7: 740 sq ft
Type C3: 890 sq ft
Type C5: 924 sq ft
Type D2: 1240 sq ft
Type D9: 1290 sq ft
Type E2: 1811 sq ft
Type E6: 1870 sq ft

Est: RM 220k++ to RM1.1M++ (RM410++ / sq ft), Free hold, estimated 1000 households.

I am thinking of buying one, and the sale rep says this time their main con is "Hao Wah Be"(?), and no more the Sri Putramas's main con.

I also check out Villa Putra and Villa Putri. The renal is RM2500-RM3500 for 3r2b.

Should I buy? Thx.

Going by this link which says A new serviced apartment development is scheduled to kick off in September along Jalan Sultan Ismail. Taking account the capital gains received from the recently completed Park View Service Aparment - you may be interested in an early registration!, it looks like the project launch has been delayed by more than 2 months now.

There does not seem to be any info regarding Regalia Service Apartments on Mayland's website.

Sign's of trouble?
