I bought a unit in Vista Komanwel in 1996 from the developer. After 10 years, I sold it on the sub sale market at developers price
I was lucky I bought in Block B. This block has got no problems in attracting tenants because of it's proximity to the medical college & the lrt station. My unit was never empty for more than 3 months during the entire 10 year period because of the high demand among tenants.
Apart from this, the workmanship in Vista Komanwel sucks. My neighbours bathroom above me used to leak into my unit! The amount of junk mail I used to receive in my letter box is also unbelieveable.
My 2 cents... |

The tenants were decent people, majority were medical students. |

| Now for Vista Komanwel block B & C 1224 sf, they are selling around RM 170-180k ++. But rental still at around RM 1.1k to 1.5 k, May i know how much more the property will depreciate? Would Savana Condo cause appreciation on Vista Komanwel B & C? |

| Hi Savana Condo is selling around RM 220 K++, Its located next to Vista Komanwel C. At this moment Vista Komanwel is in fact depreciating. Just wondering if the new Savana Condo will make the property around it apreciate. |
