Hi! I am looking at berjaya times sq, KLCC park view and Holiday villa. What would be a good buy? I have seen offer for parkview, $450k for studio 500sqf.

Berjaya Times Square (400 - 600 sq ft)
Rate of capital appreciation from 2003 - 2010 = approximately 6.1% per annum
Rate of rental depreciation from 2003 - 2010 = approximately 0.06% per annum
Current market value = $912 per sq ft - $936 per sq ft

Thanks for your advice. What about KLCC parkview? Would it be better? The M-suites and D-Tiara also offer similiar studio units. Would that be a better choice?
