Dear All,

There's a new development at Taman Bukit Permata Gombak which I think is better than Samudera Teres.

For 3 storey link houses:

Samudera Teres: 18x60, RM 339k
Tmn Bukit Permata: 16x70, RM 255k onwards. For RM320k you can get end lot with 10ft extra land.

Any comments from the sifoos? Which one is better, Samudera Teres of Bukit Permata?

The 2.5sty units(20x70) in Bkt Permata have been quite stagnant in value from 2004 to the 2nd quarter of 2007. Therefore, I don't forsee anything spectacular happening among the newer phases either.

For a budget of $255 - $265, there is nothing better I can think of in that area either. Therefore, you might want to try your luck with the 16x70's in Tmn Bukit Permata & see how it goes.

Please do your due diligence before embarking on any investment spree.

rollsroyce, any idea or got new info bout the new phase of 3 & 2 1/2 storey at Tmn Bukit Permata?
Nearly to buy the 2 1/2 stry but still thinking...

Give it a miss. The performance of the 20x70's are still the best indicator & they(the 20x70's) are still stagnant in value until today.
